Living the American Dream

I was born in Lima, Peru, amidst political unrest, economic instability, and a society gripped by fear. My parents, both entrepreneurs and homeowners, made the courageous decision to leave everything behind: their businesses, our home, and all we had, bringing only the clothes on our backs and hope for a better future. We arrived at  LAX and settled in Redondo Beach, California, where we embraced the American Dream.

My parents worked tirelessly, taking on minimum-wage jobs while attending night school to learn English. They instilled in us the values of hard work, honesty, resilience, and gratitude. They taught us that in America, dreams are not just aspirations—they are achievable realities.

Because of their sacrifice, my siblings and I each found our path to success. Some became college graduates, others entrepreneurs-  but together, we all became homeowners and fulfilled our version of the American Dream.

Our story reflects the diverse journeys this great nation makes possible." "If honored with your vote as District 66 State Assembly Member, I will carry forward my parents' legacy of unwavering determination and compassion. I will champion public safety, advocate for quality education, promote affordable housing, and ensure the American Dream remains within reach for all who call California home

"The Call Home"

I’m a registered nurse, a faith leader, a South Bay resident, and an immigrant living the American Dream.
I grew up right here in the South Bay- went to school here, became a homeowner here, and built a life rooted in service.

I’ve worked at the bedside as a registered nurse, and later in hospital leadership, overseeing emergency and peri-operative care departments.
My work as a faith leader took me around the world—to the kind of places many people would never go. I’ve served in remote villages, conflict zones, and communities torn apart by poverty and fear. I’ve walked into prisons, orphanages, and hospitals, bringing food, medicine, prayer, and hope.
I’ve led women’s conferences, trained local pastors and leaders, and helped send kids to college- young people who never believed they had a future.

For over two decades, I’ve served in places without clean water, stability, or even the promise of tomorrow.
But something changed about five years ago: I began to feel a calling, not away from the world, but toward my home.

I saw the same struggles right here in our neighborhoods: seniors being overlooked, families priced out, schools under pressure, homeless neighbors without real care, and streets that didn’t feel safe. I realized: America- my home- had become my mission field.

I love the South Bay. I’ve lived the dream here, but I also see the struggle. Now, I want to serve my neighbors with the same compassion and purpose I’ve carried my whole life.

I’m not a politician. I’m a nurse, a servant, and a neighbor. I believe in smart growth, safe, strong communities, parental rights, quality public education, compassionate solutions to homelessness, and immigration reform that supports legal pathways, upholds the law, and respects the dignity of every person.

I’d be honored to represent you, not with flashy words, but with proven compassion and real action. Together, we can protect what makes the South Bay special and build a future we can all be proud of.
